The Detailed Process you can Expect:
1. INQUIRY
Our Mechanical & Electrical teams utilize the latest industry technology as we aim to create simple yet robust automated solutions. We perform necessary prototyping, calculations, and simulations to prove out designs before they reach the build stage. Expect project updates & collaborative feedback as we work to produce your CAD files and schematics.
We pair your production data with potential material and labor savings to determine the economic merit of a project for your company. If both parties consider approximate cost and ROI to be satisfactory, Custom Automation can provide a formal project quote. For any of our services offered we will outline expectations, price, time, and the path forward to solve your unique automation challenge.

3. DESIGN
Custom Automation takes your design the full distance with in-house assembly and debug of new machines. When operation is fully functional we dial in settings for your specific product and rate. Prior to factory ship the machine will pass any agreed upon acceptance test criteria. Custom Automation will ensure you receive the production ready solution you expect.
4. BUILD
After factory ship we will assist with the install of your new equipment at your facility and re-validate operation meets expectation. We will then train your employees in safe operation and maintenance of their new machine.
5. INSTALL
Custom Automation will be there for you with onsite or remote service requests during or after your machine’s warranty period. We are happy to help with any operation, maintenance or spare parts questions.
